Delete Your Account and Data

If you would like to delete your Farm2Door account and all associated data, please read the following carefully.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to our support team using the email address below. Include your registered phone number or email so we can verify your identity:

What Data Will Be Deleted?

• Your account and login credentials
• Saved delivery addresses
• Order history and order-related metadata
• Wallet and transaction history

Data Retention Policy

Once we receive a valid deletion request, all associated data will be deleted within 7 days. No personally identifiable information will be retained after this period.
